    What We Are Looking For

    An Inventory Analyst with keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.  You are metrics driven and always strive to improve workflows and processes. The Inventory Analyst must be able to prioritize time and multitask in a fast-moving environment.  This position will join our team at our new office in Tampa/Westchase area.


    • Review and validate purchase orders/decisions, based on data, and submit vetted information to VP of Partnerships for approval
    • Maintain inventory database (lead times, min order quantity, pricing)
    • Define and execute New Item Setup Process
    • Analyze Inventory Stock and take corrective action as needed
    • Optimize and maintain inventories, minimize physical and financial loss
    • Ownership of KPI’s and metrics to set Product department goals and measure results
    • Coach, train and mentor sales team to achieve the purchasing department’s objectives
    • Perform ad-hoc analysis and inquiries as needed
    • Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

    • 5-10 years successful experience in purchasing and inventory analysis
    • Experience with international trade zones or working knowledge of customs regulations highly desirable
    • Experience working for an importer/exporter
    • Proficient in office-related computer applications: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, as well as advanced data analyzation tools.
    • Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and competing deadlines
    • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Team player
