    What We Are Looking For

    A Sales Operations Manager with strong analytical and project management skills. You are an inspiring leader that knows how to develop and engage your team. You are metrics driven and always strive to improve workflows and processes. The Manager must be able to prioritize time to mentor a team while working parallel on his/her individual contribution output.

     

    The position oversees a sales and management team, interacting with external and internal stakeholders to drive sales and capitalize on opportunities. The preferred candidate will have a B.A. or B.S. degree in Business or related field with 3-5 years of sales management experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead by example in motivating and guiding a team.
    • Handle day-to-day approval flow and issue escalation; measure performance.
    • Recommend, develop and implement new processes to gain sales/sales support efficiencies.
    • The position is highly cross-functional and collaborative; must maintain excellent business relationships with internal departments and other business units.
    • Directly support the Director, Global Sales Operations in sales/pricing/product strategy initiatives and ensure the execution of outlined strategies and directives.

    Qualifications

    • The Sales Operations Manager role requires rigorous attention to detail to lead a team, sales support processes and end-to-end projects.
    • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
    • B.A. or B.S. Degree in Business or related field or equivalent professional experience.
    • 3-5 years of sales management experience.
    • A self-starting leader who is motivated by individual and team success.
    • Ability to communicate across multiple channels effectively.
    • Excellent Persuasive Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
    • Experience using Windows and Office software, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
    • Working knowledge of CRM Systems, experience with SalesForce preferred.
