    Regional Sales Manager - Latin America

    What We Are Looking For

    The Regional Sales Manager–Latin America will lead our International sales effort in the region. The goal is to maximize market penetration and saturation through strategic sales and marketing efforts. The Regional Sales Manager–Latin America will be responsible for developing sales strategies and tactics that align with the goals of the Company and Customer by using market data and competitive analysis. 


    This role will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales presence in Latin America and for maintaining relationships with Key Accounts in the region. The preferred candidate will have a B.A. or B.S. degree in Business or related field with 3-5 years of sales management experience. Vaping industry knowledge is a huge plus. Nicopure Labs is as competitive as the industry it dominates and is looking for like-minded individuals.


    • Develop and execute a regional strategy to achieve YoY revenue growth targets
    • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within new verticals and across new markets within Latin America
    • Build brand awareness and reach by finding, establishing and developing relationships with individuals and organizations who can add to the success of the business
    • Develop Trade Programs and Product Promotions that will encourage growth with business partners and contribute to expanding the Company’s product offering in the market.
    • Work closely with the Market Intelligence team to determine optimal product offering and pricing for each market within Latin America.
    • Monitor and report on competitors’ offers and promotions
    • Provide Marketing with real needs that will successfully promote the brands and lead to increased product sell-through at the retail level
    • Hire and train sales reps in accordance with Company’s best practices.
    • Provide direction for development, evaluation, and expansion of the sales team and program within the region
    • Generate a monthly report for Executive Leadership that communicates Market Trends, Competitive Insight, Sales Opportunities & Challenges, and Recommended Solutions per country and the region.
    • Provide Quarterly Forecasts of product offering for each country in the region
    • Deliver the Company’s message to the regional team with precision and manage the execution of the Company’s plan.



    • B.A. or B.S. degree in Business or related field or equivalent professional experience. 
    • 3-5 years of sales management experience
    • International sales and sales management experience a plus.
    • A self-starting leader who is motivated by individual and team success
    • Capable of managing complex programs for multiple consumer products
    • Excellent Persuasive Verbal and Written Communication Skills
    • Candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish
    • Communicate across multiple channels effectively
    • Experience using Windows and Office software, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
    • Working knowledge of CRM Systems, experience with Salesforce preferred
