What are we looking for?

We are always looking for talented and self-motivated individuals to join our Corporate HQ office based in Trinity, FL as our Inside Sales – Account Manager. You will help build the future of this company by managing and grow territory chain accounts via phone, CRM, and email. The preferred candidate will have prior sales account management experience. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM program(s), Outlook, invoicing, and social media utilization. Records management will consist of CRM Management, call reporting, sales quotes, collection of receivables and more. You will play a pivotal role in the growth of this industry while promoting tobacco harm reduction and improving lives.

We also offer a competitive base salary of $40,000 with uncapped variable compensation which can take you to $70,000 within your first year, along with benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401k).

Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

 

  • Further develop a product need and awareness with present accounts and establish sales forecasts for annual account sales.
  • Work collectively with the assigned Sales Support representative to facilitate account requirements, sales and invoicing, sales follow-up and continuous account management.
  • Develop strong relationships with decision makers to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Research retail and wholesale opportunities that will promote product awareness, use and enhance market penetration and development.
  • Coordinate with Sales Manager the strategic approach that will best assist, support and manage an active account.
  • Maintain and manage all accurate and complete information regarding account contacts, account activities and account follow-up via a CRM program.
  • Handle product revisions (additions, reductions, cancellations, etc.) as they relate to sales and process the required changes accordingly.
  • Emphasize product and service features, benefits, and values by discussing product design, product quality, product pricing, product delivery and product guarantees.
  • Participate in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes.

Qualifications

Who is the ideal candidate?

  • B.A. or B.S. Degree in Business or related field (Preferred).
  • 4-7 years of Inbound & Outbound sales, in which 2 years have to be in account management.
