    Nicopure Labs, LLC – Executive Assistant/Marketing Project Manager


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    The Executive Assistant/Marketing Project Manager will support the Chief Marketing Officer with a variety of projects, research, presentation preparation, office management needs as well as special projects. Administrative duties will include tasks such as; scheduling, maintaining meeting calendars, domestic and international travel arrangements, screening and directing incoming calls and organization.

    This hands-on individual should come with background in sales and marketing, have a strong interest in brand marketing and strong attention to detail. You will have the opportunity to dive into in-depth reporting and research for our Chief Marketing Officer and will need to be able to manage multiple ongoing projects as well as some administrative tasks at the same time. We are looking for a team player who can bring a positive attitude to work every day and is excited to work in an energetic, creative and collaborative environment.


    • Conduct on going marketing and brand research
    • Drive schedules and deadlines
    • Participates in meetings, including production meetings, creative brief kick-off meetings, weekly status meetings and marketing approval process
    • Monitor production, delivery, and maintenance of marketing collateral
    • Manage collection and distribution of assets
    • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for weekly and daily execution, fielding questions, troubleshooting, clarifying requirements for work request, explaining complex ideas clearly, and managing overall expectations while keeping CMO updated at all times
    • Ensuring project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately in marketing drive
    • Regular status reporting to track project progress against goals, objectives, and timelines
    • Presentation research, information analysis, preparation
    • Prepare and revise presentations using PowerPoint, excel, word, etc.
    • Work with internal and external parties in meeting coordination
    • Organize and assist in events and management meetings as directed
    • Organize meeting agendas, attend meetings, take minutes and distribute action items
    • Approve travel and technology requisitions for marketing department
    • Administrative support
    • Maintain a positive work environment
    • Maintain high-level of confidentiality
    • Other duties as assigned

    Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

    • Outstanding organizational skills and time management
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
    • Good attitude and Team Player



    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum of 3 years sales/marketing related experience
    • Expert in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite products
