Nicopure Labs, LLC – Executive Assistant/Marketing Project Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant/Marketing Project Manager will support the Chief Marketing Officer with a variety of projects, research, presentation preparation, office management needs as well as special projects. Administrative duties will include tasks such as; scheduling, maintaining meeting calendars, domestic and international travel arrangements, screening and directing incoming calls and organization.
This hands-on individual should come with background in sales and marketing, have a strong interest in brand marketing and strong attention to detail. You will have the opportunity to dive into in-depth reporting and research for our Chief Marketing Officer and will need to be able to manage multiple ongoing projects as well as some administrative tasks at the same time. We are looking for a team player who can bring a positive attitude to work every day and is excited to work in an energetic, creative and collaborative environment.
